What we collect
We collect what an order needs: your name, mobile, email, delivery address and what you bought. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We use your details to deliver the order, send the receipt, and handle any problem with it; we do not sell them and we do not send marketing unless you asked for it (for example, by joining the waiting list for a gift case). Order records are kept for the period Cyprus tax law requires.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser’s storage so it survives a refresh; it never leaves your device until you check out. The only cookie on the site belongs to the back office, and only the person who runs the shop ever receives it.

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at vineatitaly@gmail.com. The data controller is Vineatitaly Ltd, Limassol, Cyprus.
